What time is check-in and check-out? Can we request early check-in or late check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance and we’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible, depending on availability and the housekeeping schedule.
Is housekeeping included, and how often is it done?
Housekeeping can be arranged to suit your stay — daily, every other day, weekly, or as needed. Some guests prefer full daily service, while others prefer more privacy, so we tailor it to what works best for you. Just let us know your preference before or during your stay, and we’ll arrange it.
Is the villa family-friendly?
Yes, Villa Bella Palmera is great for families, couples, and small groups. If you’re travelling with children, let us know before arrival and we can help with practical details so your stay is as smooth as possible.
How far is Villa Bella Palmera from the beach, restaurants, and the airport?
Villa Bella Palmera is in the Sunset Estates area on Koh Samui’s northeast coast, in a very convenient spot for both beach time and getting around.
- Thongson Beach: short walk / very close by
- Choengmon Beach: around 5 minutes by car
- Samrong Beach: around 5 minutes by car
- Koh Samui Airport: around 10 minutes by car
- Chaweng (restaurants, shopping, nightlife): around 15 minutes by car
It’s a great setup if you want privacy at the villa, while still being close to beaches, dining, and island essentials. We’re also happy to help arrange transfers and local recommendations before you arrive.
How do the TV, sound system, and Wi-Fi work? (Audio + connectivity)
The villa has Wi-Fi and a guest-friendly entertainment setup, including TV and audio. We’ll provide clear instructions before arrival (including remotes and connection tips), so you can get everything working quickly — whether you want music by the pool, a movie night, or just reliable internet for work and streaming.
